The Childcare Bill entitles 3 and 4 year olds to “good quality free childcare and early years provision”. In the context of an independent provider, parents are entitled to up to 15 hours free education over 3 days, while your daighter is in nursery. All additional hours attended will be billed termly, including lunch and milk.
