Christian Unions

Christian Union groups exist for Years 5-13, running over five lunchtimes.

We run these groups in order to:

  • provide the girls with opportunities to learn more about the Christian faith
  • explore their own faith in different ways
  • make friends and have fun with others who share the same faith

When we meet together we do this by, studying the Bible, addressing discussing particular topics that are relevant for their lives, praying, worshipping and enjoying fellowship together.

We also run trips to the cinema, days out, visits to local youth services and weekends away.

Volunteers from King’s Church Durham and Cranmer Hall help to run our meetings, trips and events.

Any girl is welcome to join at any point during the year.
