We commit to transport your daughter(s) to and from School each day of term at the above agreed times and cost. N.B. There is no agreement that the pickup and drop off points are the home address but will be a convenient point on route. The charge will appear on your fee invoice retrospectively at the end of term.

All pupils must wear the seatbelts provided. This is something we insist upon and in the interests of safety to all passengers on school transport we reserve the right to refuse to carry any pupil who does not comply with this requirement. Pupils must not take friends onto the bus unless previously arranged with the Assistant Bursar. All journeys will be charged for.

The school’s code of conduct operates on transport to and from school.  Undesirable behaviour is never acceptable and could result in your daughter not being allowed to use school transport.  Food and drink are not to be consumed whilst on the bus.  The Transporters strictly forbid chewing gum.

Your commitment is for payment of transport for each day of term. Unfortunately it is not possible to take account of extra curricular activities where your daughter will be in school after normal finishing time and needs to travel later. I am sure you will appreciate that the costing of transport can only be done on a full term basis and whether your daughter travels or not the journey needs to be paid for. There are rare occasions when due to different finishing time of junior and senior schools we may request you to make special arrangements for collecting your daughter – in such a case we will ensure that no charge is made.

We naturally prefer that transport be two ways, however there are some circumstances where this is not practicable and we would try to come to an arrangement with you for either morning or evening journeys. Should there be a shortage of seats however preference will be given to those requiring the full service.

Special arrangements apply during the public examination period and parents will be contacted closer to the time.

In common with our Parents Contract covering fees, we require a full term’s notice of cancellation.
