The girls in Year 5 study the Tudors and the life and family of Henry VIII. This is enhanced by a trip to Barley Hall in York, where the girls are given the opportunity to experience life in a Tudor house. They also take a walking tour of Tudor York.

At Christmas, the girls perform a Carol Concert comprising of readings, carols and musical performances.

The later half of the year entails a 4 day residential trip to Holy Island.
