Buddy System
At the beginning of the Autumn term Year 6 girls are invited to apply to become a buddy who lends a helping hand or provides a friendly ear to other girls at playtimes. The girls have to write about what personal qualities they could bring to the role and those who are selected have an afternoon of training during which they learn important skills to help them to help others.
