Athletics Club
This club runs throughout the Summer Term. It offers the girls the opportunity to try new events or to simply improve their performance in areas they have already tried in P.E. lessons. We try to cover a wide range of both field and track events including sprints, relay, hurdles and distance running, basic throwing techniques and standing long jump. Just for fun, we hold team competitions that include continuous relays and obstacle relays.
A number of girls have been selected from club members to compete in inter-school competitions.
